Where do I enter gift codes in State of Survival?

Tap your Chief avatar in the top-left, open Settings, then Gift Redemption. If that menu isn't visible on your client, use the official web redemption page with your Player ID instead.

Why does my State of Survival code say invalid?

Three usual causes: the code expired, you already redeemed it on this account, or there's a typo. Codes are one-use per account. Paste rather than type, and check the publication date on wherever you found it.

Are State of Survival codes case-sensitive?

Mostly no, but not universally. If a code you believe is current gets rejected, retry it with the exact capitalisation as published.

Do State of Survival codes expire?

Yes, and quickly. Most run for days rather than weeks, and some die early once a redemption cap is hit. That's why aggregated lists tend to be dead on arrival.

Can I use the same code on two accounts?

Usually yes. Redemption is tracked per account, so a second account can generally redeem a code the first one already used, as long as the code is still live.

Do codes give free draws?

Some promotional codes have included draw tickets, which is where terms like "1000 free draws" come from. Treat those claims with suspicion unless they trace back to an official post. Draw-bundle codes are rare and heavily capped.

What's a Player ID and where do I find it?

It's your account's unique number, shown in your Chief profile when you tap your avatar. The web redemption page needs it to identify your account.
