Is there a State of Survival transfer pass chart?

Not a public one. The Migration Rating to pass cost mapping is shown only on the in-game transfer screen for your own character. The 1-to-50 chart that circulates online is from Whiteout Survival, a different game, and does not apply here.

How many transfer passes do I need?

It depends on your Migration Rating. Community reporting puts the range from single digits for small accounts up to roughly 50 for maxed ones, but the bracket boundaries are not published anywhere. Check the in-game transfer screen for your own figure.

What HQ level do I need to transfer state?

HQ 16 or higher. Below that, standard state transfer isn't available to you.

How often can I transfer states?

Once every 90 days. The cooldown starts from your last transfer.

What is Migration Rating?

A rating derived from your account's strength, with Battle Power as the dominant component. The higher it is, the more Transfer Passes your move costs.

Where do I get Transfer Passes?

They're a premium item, arriving through packs and bundles with occasional event distributions. There's no reliable grind route, which is what makes them the bottleneck.

Do I lose my troops and heroes when I transfer?

No. Heroes, gear, research and troops all move with you. Resources move only up to your storehouse limits, and event rankings, alliance contributions and territory assets are left behind.

Do I have to leave my alliance to transfer?

Yes, and you can't be the Governor of your current state either. That's also why registering for Doomsday Open blocks a transfer while you're registered.

What are the state tiers?

Shelter, Fortress, City-State, Keystone and Greater Keystone. Each tier has different immigration slot counts, and your own migration rank gates which tiers you can enter.

Should I transfer or just switch alliance?

Switch alliance first, always. It's free, it's instant, and it solves the more common problem without a 90-day lockout.
