Is State of Survival on Steam?

No. There is no Steam release, and listings claiming otherwise are not the real game.

Does my account carry over from mobile to PC?

Yes. Bind through your original login method and the same settlement loads. Progress syncs both ways in real time.

Why won't State of Survival load on PC?

Most often virtualisation is disabled in BIOS. Enable VT-x or AMD-V. Failing that, update graphics drivers, or add an antivirus exception for the emulator.
